Clinical Project Advisor
Jen Bayly is a highly experienced clinician, project advisor, and quality improvement lead. She specialises in cardiology, heart failure and cardiovascular disease prevention (CVD) and works closely with the AHSN CVD Prevention team, clinicians and system leaders to drive improvement, reduce variation in care to improve outcomes and experience for patients..
Jason joined KSS AHSN at the start of 2022 to lead the national CVD prevention projects focused on lipid management and blood pressure optimisation. Part of this role requires him to work with partners across Kent, Surrey and Sussex to share learning and to improve patient care.
Jason has spent the last few years working in Public Health and he holds a UKPHR Practitioner registration. He believes that our work should include plans to reduce health inequalities and is passionate about the importance of healthy behaviour changes to prevent CVD.
Before working in public health, Jason worked in a variety of roles within an acute trust, CCG and private healthcare organisation.
Ben joined KSS AHSN in 2021 as a programme coordinator to support the CVD prevention projects alongside Jen and Jason. He also supports the Mental health team with the spread and adoption of the two national programmes FREED & FOCUS ADHD.
Ben graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Human Geography and has worked in Healthcare for the last 5 years, working as the content manager at the Health Innovation Network, Project Officer at NHS Confed and Croydon University Hospital.
